Ella stretches, it was an early morning, she had to finish doing her make up before she leaves for work. She always did most of her make up, had breakfast now do her lipstick so she didn’t mess it up. Her mom taught her that trick when she was little and she’s been doing it that way ever since. She looked in her make up drawer to decide what colour would look best today. Red is what she chose with a smile. She had always loved a bold lip.
The lipstick made a soft click as she pulled the lid off before spinning the bottom making the scarlet make up rise from the black tube. Ella looked up into the mirror to apply the make up and blinked shocked looking around her. The hair stood up on the back of her neck as her blood went cold. As Ella slowly looked back at the mirror she jumped as she saw herself starring back. Only her reflection didn’t jump, it just stood there watching her. The Ella in the mirror raised her hand and waved. Oh hell no there was no way this was real! Ella hadn’t touched a drug since high school making her relies that yes this was real. She could taste her heart pounding in her throat, feel a cold drip of sweat slowly slither down her back
The edge of the rug caught Ella's foot as she ran for the door. Gravity around her pulled her to the ground, fear kept her there. A scream crept up her throat but got stuck half way choking her. From the mirror the horrible version of her self grinned “soon there will be one of us, soon it will only be me” the twisted Ella laughed and as emerged from the blacken mirror
